Cancellation Policy

Official Sam Salon – Cancellation Policy To ensure the best service and respect for our clients and staff, Official Sam Salon has the following cancellation policy: Appointment Deposit: A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This amount will be applied toward your total service cost. Cancellations & Rescheduling: 24-Hour Notice Required: Clients must cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance. Less Than 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations or no-shows made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the 25% deposit. Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and the deposit may be forfeited. Emergency Exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen.
